Accomplishments
At high school I was a school prefect and a sports leader which allowed me to work with young children organising their sports days. I also attended events at the Sheffield Institute of Sport where I was running my own section of sport events. I was fortunate enough to work with both able bodied and disabled children and their families as well as the organisation of volunteers. At this event I gained confidence, patience and demonstrated positive leadership skills. I have developed my skills even further whilst at college by being part a Student Representative, a Student Digital Leader, winner in all 8 Awards in Connect Employability Badges, a Mental Health Ambassador, on the Health and Well-Being Committee. All of these experiences and opportunities have shaped me into being highly professional when working with adults, young people and children.
