Example: Condensation in sample Loops, Water ingression in process lines during Vacuum Operations, Implemented Practices to avoid corrosion in critical equipment’s all this helps minimizing downtime and maintaining continuous plant performance. We are able to increase Plant purity by 4% on outlet.

• Played vital role for full pilot-plant execution from design and construction. through commissioning, operation, Transportation from one place to another and performance assessment and many more.

• Carry out product tests and thorough independent final inspection of finished pipes as per SOC and formally report and document all defects.

• Operating Carbon black manufacturing plant through DCS in safe and efficient manner especially in start-ups and shutdowns along with emergency situations.
• Perform root cause failure analysis on equipment failures and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Perform Risk assessment and risk mitigation methodologies.

• Played key role in conducting pilot studies and Aspen process simulations to validate water-treatment performance and energy efficiency.
• Worked closely with civil and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of process requirements into detailed design and implementation.
• Supported successful commissioning of new installations and delivered operator training to enable efficient and safe system operation.
• Example: Addition of new Clarifier and Flocculant Dosing system.
