Results-driven Operator with 26 years of onsite experience, successfully commissioning two buildings and leading a Pilot Lab setup. • 25 years full time on Lilly site which was a massive achievement for me.

• Certificate in Tourism and Heritage Management-This is vital in many ways as it is important when opening and managing a Heritage site in which communication skills have to be excellent.
• Certificate in Counseling and Psychotherapy-Suited me down to the ground as I'm a very Empathic person in nature. I learned so much here for example in order to help a person in need that you have to deal with your own needs first.

• I have volunteered both on and off site in various capacities, including with the DEI group at Lilly, the ERT, IE43 locker management, first aid, gowning training, and operator training. I also hosted a talk on Epilepsy. Additionally, I have been involved in community activities such as a Friary church fundraiser, christmas fundraiser runs, charity swims, and a marathon for Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Crumlin.
• My time at Lilly has taught me valuable lessons in dealing with people. The experience I've gained from Lilly's culture is incredibly important to me. The course I'm currently taking aligns with this position i.e. empathy, genuineness, non-judgment, emotional intelligence, personal development.
