My name is Jens Lövius, from Lund, Sweden. I have spent my last 10 years working at the Kernel Brewery in Bermondsey, London.
I consider myself being hardworking, good at teamwork and a positive colleague.
At the Kernel I worked in every section of the brewery, from orders, warehousing, working the old taproom, brewing, bottling, filling kegs/cask, cellar work, yeast management, cell counts, CIP etc.
Although the last 4 years or so, I worked primarily in production, brewing/cellar/bottling. I have a forklift license, and would use a forklift on a daily basis.
Organised and dependable brewer with 10 years of experience. Successful at managing multiple priorities with positive attitude. Willing to take on greater responsibilities to meet team goals.
