I am a hugely enthusiastic English Teacher and Theatre Maker with a passion for learning and the arts. I am a highly self-motivated person who thrives off of pressure and I love to challenge myself. I feel I would be a great asset to your workforce and I have many people who would confirm this, I am happy to provide references on request.
I used to teach full time, but I now teach supply on an ad hoc basis in order to give myself time to pursue other areas of interest. As a Teacher of English at a Secondary School level, I have experience in teaching a variety of classes from S1 to S6. This includes:

I have worked for various local companies over the years, as well as running my own musical theatre company - Bossy Belters - for several years. I have extensive experience of directing and producing a range of entertainment events, from fundraiser cabarets to full scale musicals. Most recently I worked with A Play, A Pie and A Pint on their spring season. A detailed CV of my theatre work is available upon request.
As a probationary teacher, I not only taught a range of classes from S1-S6, but I also undertook additional responsibilities and pursuits in order to best prepare me for a job as a fully qualified teacher. These included:

I was then promoted again to the position of Supervisor, and I remained in this position for several years. My key responsibilities included:
