• Support Prophet Application in TEST, Analysis and PROD environment
• Monthly, quarterly reporting to business by running jobs in Prophet environment. Support various accounting standards – CNGAAP, SII, USGAAP, ORSA, EEV, ALM, STAT, LRM for business users using Prophet Application
• Build and Deploy code to UAT and Production environments for Prophet Applications such as DCS
• Co-ordinate with DWH, Big Data, and Development teams for deployment activities on UAT and production environments in Prophet.

• MetLife RAD Retails Application Support complies of Disaster recovery testing for 216+ applications which involves the administration, development, and coordination of the entire process
• As a DR Coordinator ensure that DR server is always available to customers whenever the production server is down
• Plan, conduct, and debrief regular mock-disaster exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly
• Coordinates and manages all activities during the DR process
• Ensures recovery plans are documented, validated, and exercised
• Identifies and quantifies potential impacts resulting from disruptions and disaster scenarios.

• Provide first-line application support for business-critical applications, serving as the initial point of contact for all user inquiries and incidents.
