· Introduced and implemented Red Tractor standards within LacPatrick milk pool, developing monitoring systems for compliance.

· Led Lakeland Dairies’ strategic initiative to achieve full Red Tractor compliance across all supplier farms in 2020.

· Provided one-to-one on-farm advice to suppliers to prepare for audits and close out non-compliances.

· Coordinated Red Tractor activities within the Milk Advisory Team, ensuring timely completion of pre-audits and full compliance.
