  • Content Creation: Creating content for and managing HR related social media posts as well as internal communications for the full company via a content creation schedule.
  • Workload Management: Managing my own workload and ensuring the smooth running of the HR department whilst the HR manager is on maternity leave.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships across the business and liaising with key stakeholders.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
