Offender Supervisor

  • To provide information to categorise offenders as necessary in line with National guidelines and allocate appropriately in line with sentence plan and sequencing requirements to deliver the plan
  • To maintain and develop appropriate contact with relevant offender managers and to keep offender managers informed of developments whilst in custody relating to individually allocated offenders
  • To engage with the offender to assess the offender's risk of serious harm, criminogenic needs and personal and welfare needs, identification of tier and preparation of sentence plan to reduce their risk of serious harm and likelihood of re-offending
