• Delivering housing rights training to organisations - recently delivered practitioner workshops.
• Gathering stories from service users and highlighting these in media, political spaces and in policy/practices.
• Challenging poor and unlawful practice by authorities

• Advocacy calls/letters
• Energy advice,
• Food bank and other referrals.

Supporting people to maintain independence at home and in the community e.g. personal care, socialisation, correspondence, housework, shopping.
