I am energised by creating places of beauty, luxury and wonder. When it comes to perfection, detail is everything. The ability to orchestrate an environment and watch it come together physically excites me.

Having completed the Berkeley Group Graduate programme, I am currently working in the Technical team on a high-end luxury residential development called Westmont.

I am now confident in my ability and knowledge that I have acquire to now seek new opportunities and explore new challenges.

Assistant Technical Coordinator

  • I currently work for St James within the Berkeley Group on Westmont, which is a high-end luxury development, part of the White City Living scheme.
  • It is a 528 apartment building with 4 penthouses and residential amenities including a rooftop beach club, al fresco dining and olive grove, cinema, salon and games room
  • I am responsible for leading the interior finishes, tiling, soft flooring, kitchens, landscaping and wayfinding packages
  • I manage a team of consultants, working closely with our interior designers, architects and engineers to ensure all information is coordinated and the end product meets our exceptional quality standards
  • I assist the commercial team in procuring packages for tender, communicating with manufacturers and suppliers regularly
  • Through strong lines of communication, I ensure our key stake holders are kept up to date with the progress of the project, issuing reports and planning site visits as required for inspection.

  • Participating in a site visit to the Holyrood distillery development during its final stages of construction to identify any snags
  • Negotiating on the cost for the fit out of the new apartments in the St James development in Edinburgh to come to a final agreement with the developer.
  • Preparing and creating presentation boards on the Fountainbridge Masterplan that was to be re-presented to the council in its next phase of the project.

  • Greece - First Mate, my role was working alongside the flotilla Skipper to lead the flotilla yachts around different locations in the South Ionian in Greece
  • Being sociable and approachable was important to communicate with the guests and locals and create good relationships for the season.

  • I taught in a German speaking ski school which improved my language skills
  • I met a wide range of people from different nationalities and being able to communicate with them was important
  • I taught a variety of clients from kids to adults, beginners to intermediate skiers in small and large groups
  • Being organised, prepared and flexible was crucial to this job as well as fun and enthusiastic
  • I prepared lesson plans, analysed technique and gave feedback with the goal to improve the customers skiing and confidence on the slopes.

  • I have my own art and illustrations business set up in which I take commissions for drawings or water colours as well as creating digital images and business logos for customers on request.
