I work on a job rotation basis. My duties include meeting and greeting customers, catering to their needs and regularly checking in on them to ensure their experience is enjoyable. I also regularly work on the cash registers which has given me experience managing cash transactions accurately and ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining good customer relations.
A main part of my job is to balance the needs of multiple tables whilst maintaining top-quality customer service.
