Being an RN in care home my main duties and responsibilities include assessing of the residents and planning care accordingly, rendering quality care including safe administration of medicines and performing procedures like urinary catheterization extraction of blood samples etc documentation and maintenance of records, liaise between residents /family and other health care professionals, attending doctor rounds, referring the residents to higher centres whenever needed, wound management, training the care team members etc.

Being and ED nurse, my duty / responsibility is to provide safe patient care.
I accomplish this by assessing patients, planning care according to their needs, doing medical tests based on my job description, patient monitoring, safe administration of medication, maintaining patient records , documentation, assisting in medical procedures, providing health education to patient and patient bystander whenever needed.

Being an A&E nurse, I had been assigned mainly for :

Patient Assessment(General and per operative in case of emergency operations)
Monitoring
Documentation, maintaining medical records
Medication
Assisting in medical procedures including CPR, ET intubation, Defibrillation, cardioversion, ICD insertion, Closed reduction, Traction, wound closure etc

Being an ED Nurse I had been assigned for patient care, including assessment, Medication, planning care according to the patient needs, Assisting in medical procedures, carrying out doctors orders, doing various investigation based on my job description, ,maintaining patient records and documentation.

Being a nurse in the post surgical Intensive Cardiac Care Unit, I was responsible for rendering care to patients at their immediate post surgical period.
It included, Patient assessment, Close patient monitoring for immediate identification of post surgical complications, arrhythmia, any other sort of health deterioration.
Also, assisting in emergency procedures like ET intubation, insertion of IABP/arterial /swan gans catheter, providing care for patients , connected to life support machines like ventilators, IABP machines, pace makers, ICDs, arterial / Swan gans catheter etc.
