Current Key Responsibilities
- Strategic counsel and trusted advisor to UK&I CEO and Regional Management Team leaders, fully plugged in to the business from a people and culture perspective as well as advising on specific people issues
- Manage and deliver through the regional HR team of 6 individuals, delivering a pro-active, commercially minded, first-class HR service to the regional business. Grow and develop individual team members
- Lead the people agenda for the UK&I business, communicating initiatives on monthly All-Hands and bi-annual Company Kick-Offs
- Work through the HR team to ensure all core HR processes including annual salary review, promotions/salary adjustments, recruitment, etc. and employee lifecycle processes are executed on and managed effectively
- Build an HR service across the region, leveraging established and successful UK practices across Ireland and Channel Islands businesses where previously there has been no HR support
- Accountable for delivering on people change management, partnering with leaders on planning and implementing reorganisations and organisational effectiveness opportunities, including TUPE
- Drive the employee engagement agenda, working with leaders on Peakon results and lead Great Place to Work applications and subsequent initiatives to ensure Logicalis is a best-in-class employer
- Own the talent management strategy for the region, overseeing talent acquisition activity, L&D programmes, talent mapping exercises, identification of critical jobs, determining talent gaps and assessing internal and external talent availability
- Oversee UK&I MIS and Resourcing functions
