Along side my role of Store Manager I am a National Rep for Colleague Voice. With my network of colleagues I gather feedback for the business on what our colleagues are seeing, feeling and thinking. This mostly involves opportunities to make our colleagues lives easier and more efficient. It also gives great insight on how change has landed within stores. This is then feedback to all levels across the business including the CEO. All done in a hybrid way it makes it important to communicate clearly and effectively ensuring your are advocating the colleagues feedback without personal bias.
