Visitor Centre Role -
First point of contact and sets the tone for safety and professionalism.
Access control registration, check in all visitors, contactors and deliveries. Verify ID (G4) issue passes and ensure only authorised personnel enter. Maintaining digital or manual visitor logs. Communication hub, relay visitor arrivals to site personnel, coordinate with management, logistics and security teams. Direct visitors to correct locations safely. Documentation management, verify job sheets, CCNSG, IOSH, NBOSH RAMS etc. Ensure documentation is signed and compliant.
Customer service and professional image, representing the company by maintaining a polite, orderly and informative environment. Ensure visitors feet supported and guided correctly. Facilities Role -
Responsible for ensuring that buildings, grounds, and related services support the full operations of the organisation.
Managing repairs and coordinate with internal teams or external contractors, cleaning, security, maintenance and waste management. Monitor building inspections and ensure all systems are functional.
Fire warden duties, testing of alarms, checking call points, emergency escape signs and routes, lighting, stairwells, fire extinguishers and muster locations. Logging all tests, inspections and evacuations into the Fire Safety log.
Pool Car Management -
