1) Marketing and Letting Properties:

• Listing properties for rent or sale.
• Conducting property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiating rental agreements or sales terms

2) Property Management:

• Managing day-to-day operations of rental properties.
• Ensuring properties are well-maintained and dealing with repairs or maintenance issues.
• Coordinating with contractors and tradespeople for maintenance work.
• Collecting rent from tenants and addressing any arrears.

3) Tenancy Management:

• Handling tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Ensuring compliance with legal obligations such as deposit protection and safety regulations.
• Conducting property inspections during and after tenancies.
• Managing tenant complaints or disputes.
• Advise tenants to identify any disrepairs to their home, such as damp, mould, leaks etc. on the best course of action to have these issues.

4) Client Liaison:

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and property owners.
• Advising clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.

5) Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensuring all properties meet health and safety regulations, such as gas safety, fire safety, and energy performance standards.
• Keeping up to date with property laws, including landlord and tenant laws.

6) Administration:

• Maintaining records of tenancies, property inspections, and repairs.
• Processing invoices, payments for clients

• Respond to fire emergencies, lead teams to extinguish fires and rescue people.
• Conduct rescue operations in accidents and disasters.
• Inspect buildings to enforce fire safety regulations and provide fire prevention advice.
• Offer emergency medical assistance and first aid at accident scenes.
• Participate in fire drills, training, and prepare reports on incidents.

• Responsible for full range of sales & marketing activities for local and overseas customers’ enquiries and sales order
• Meeting with customers in Indonesia and Mainland China including Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen etc
• Following up sample and order with customer, supplier and factory
• Replying customer enquiry & complaint in verbal & written format
• Coordinate with various internal & external parties including the product line in Indonesia
• Attending local and overseas exhibitions
• Handling training for the new joiners and Mainland China Staff’s such as selling skills, communication skills and product knowledge.

• Handling goods delivery & collection & providing administrative
• Ensuring the proper storage & supply of all stock, monitoring the stock status
• Keeping the store room in clean and hygienic condition and following proper safety procedure
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the supermarket
• Implementing & ensuring the complaint handling process is smooth
• Replying customer enquiry & complaint in verbal & written format
• Compiling standard cost control, performing benchmarking a comparison, and monitoring stock control
• Analyzing products cost performance, reviewing and recommending appropriate changes for stock control policies, system procedures
• Responsible for the daily cash balancing and reconciliation.
