Persuaded the company that a transition from Gravure to HSWO would be necessary for the longevity of the company and was solely instrumental to reach an agreement to install an M600 HSWO and ancillary finishing equipment. with an additional flexo and UV drier unit

Designed suitable new formats to increase additional revenue for printing and inserting /onserting

Polestar Sheffield was the largest commercial Printing site in Europe converting 350,000 tonnes per annum

16,000,000 catalogues , mags and books produced each week, inserting/onserting/polybagging approx 1 billion items per year
