My area of expertise is mental health interventions, and I have helped many community partnerships, studies, and non-clinical therapy projects succeed. I've also improved my ability to apply my academic knowledge and communication abilities to all facets of academia and the workplace, which has allowed me to succeed in both solo and group settings.

As part of my job, I've had the chance to create mental health workbooks and podcasts for more than 150 of our service's users, including producing mental health workshops for service users and external organisations. Additionally, I have overseen a caseload of one-on-one non-clinical therapy sessions for clients with a variety of diagnoses and mental health needs.
