Providing third line and out of hours application support in the use of ScopeX/PRISM which is our SCADA interface. I work with install engineers to ensure the conversion from PSTN to Cellular is done smoothly and without interference to our waste water and supply network, supporting the business out of hours with swift resolution of critical tickets, providing support with testing devices/monitors being installed on site and working alongside the control room to ensure business flows as expected.
