• Maintained detailed records of each child's developmentally milestones as per EYFS guidelines - completed regular child observations and 2 year statutory progress checks. Setting the child's next steps in order to continue their personal development. Completed transition reports for those moving onto new nurseries/receptions
• Facilitated early childhood education through age-appropriate games and play. Led circle time with group learning, storytelling with props and singing.
• Taught phase 1 phonics based on Jolly phonics.
• Encouraged and promoted school readiness through independence, resilience and confidence. supported the child with the transition process
• Enhanced children's understanding of key concepts by conducting interactive learning activities, taking note of each individuals abilities and adapting where needed. Scaffolding on their learning where appropriate
