• I work with National Governing Bodies such as the FA, and other organisations identifying effective ways of engaging young people in physical activity/sport.
• I develop all football and futsal National Governing Bodies to ensure correct pathways are created.
• I collect and report our sport data, utilising the competition management system to export data, and manipulate that data to measure our impact.
• I liaise effectively with National Governing Bodies to ensure our competitions meet the requirements of the sport’s national framework and develop appropriate exit routes for the young Londoners.

• Be responsible for attending matches, tournaments, and events at various levels to identify and assess talented young players in London.
• Build and maintain relationships with local clubs, schools, and grassroots football organisations to identify potential talent.
• Write and conduct player assessments and evaluations, providing detailed reports on players’ strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
• Collaborate with the academy coaching staff to identify recruitment priorities and target areas for player development.
• Assist the club with coordination of trial events and talent identification initiatives.
• Liaise with parents and players to provide information and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with developments in youth football and scouting techniques to ensure Leyton Orient FC remains at the forefront of recruiting top talent.
• Follow the club’s safeguarding and scouting protocols.

• Collaborated closely with school administration, teachers, and the Physical Education (PE) department to spearhead the conception and execution of PE core and extra-curricular programme.

• Proficiently oversaw the comprehensive management of the school's sports facilities. This involved task such as inventory management and scheduling maintenance.

• Evaluating the success of sports programs and initiatives by producing termly and annual reports with key skateholders such as parents or senior leadership team.

• Organised meetings with local authorities and community groups to create partnerships that support the development of sports. These partnerships involved securing funding, creating new facilities, or promoting sports to a wider audience

• Weekly communication with the Head of Recruitment and recruitment staff to discuss priorities for the academy.
• Proactively watched U12 to U16 fixtures to assess players and bring in any talent for AFC Wimbledon.
• Build contacts within the grassroots scene and private academies. This involved building good relationships with staff at these clubs to ensure I am notified of their key players.
• Assist with AFC Wimbledon’s player monitoring system and talent identification events.
• Liaise with other academy scouts to share and build information.
• Uphold Wimbledon’s philosophy and safeguarding policies.

• Identify the best talented players aged 16-23 in Southwark.

• Utilise modern scouting methods such as Hudl or Wyscout with regards to reporting, recording, and tracking potential player targets.

• Build relationships within the local community and within the catchment area and represent the club in a professional and honest manner.

• Produce clear and accurate reports on prospective players aged 16-23. Attend category 1 or 2 academy games to monitor current talent pool.

• Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
