I worked alongside the English department team to aid young with their English Literature and Language GCSEs. I offered a confident hand in delving into their inner creativity and building their confidence. I empathised with these young children as some were shy and hesitant, I however saw immense potential in each and every one, and I knew I could use my communication skills and confidence to bring out their potential. So to be able to give them a helping hand and just look them in the eye and say, "I'm here to help you, talk to me" I saw them become brave and begin to participate more. I realise and see that it's so important to believe in people. Some of the tasks I completed within this work experience included,

• Created positive, engaging learning environments to improve student experiences.
• Set-up equipment and gathered teaching materials to prepare for lessons.
• Oversaw safety of children, promoting and safeguarding welfare in and outside the classroom.
