Jazmine Sherrington

I have done multiple years in netball coaching and umpiring, which has helped me develop my skills in leadership and how to manage different personalities and people. I have also recently created a company, where we run athletes social media accounts and help promote their brand and name. This has helped with my knowledge on how to engage with different audiences and the best way to taylor your work to each individual personality. Being third form prefect has helped me develop my skills in creating good relationships with the younger year groups, and one where they feel comfortable to share information with you and also respect you.
