  • I am the schools primary point of contact for parents and families who have difficulties within the home, accessing support or in Education. These include issues around Attendance, Health appointments, Social Services, Early years, Counselling, Literacy, Numeracy and ELSA intervention etc.
  • Responsible for creating and facilitating an effective Person Centred Planning (PCP) meetings for the child and family to attend either face to face or online
  • Support families and outside agencies in improving and attending annual reviews by resolving any issues or concerns.

Hobbies

Being a member of a professional body called the Friends of Cedewain School, I work alongside other professionals, parents and pupils to help organise and run fundraising events while promoting local companies who help and support us.

During evenings and weekends I enjoy walking and hiking, this helps me to maintain my health and to also to keep an interest of the Duke of Edinburgh award who I support in school and my with my children at home. With my current job, I like to find books and resources of interest, as a result i read frequently and will share books, magazine articles etc regarding topics of interest.
