Accomplishments

Whilst in Nursing , I achieved many courses over the 44 years such as first aid , advanced life support, mentoring and teaching, assessing.

I also achieved a temporary position as deputy ward manager on nights, which placed me in a managerial role which was challenging but soon became easier . I became apt at rotas, cost conscious when ordering. Meetings with MDT and governors. Teaching more and assessing. Being part in the daily running of the hospital ( community) and departments .
