Digital Experience Rollout - Future Skills Partner Partner with stores to deliver all agreed deployment activities, e.g. planned & ad-hoc communications, planning launches and learning events and organising logistics for colleagues to travel to these, including store readiness reviews. Champion all the new digital features & facilitating the transfer of knowledge between myself and the end users. Engaging & maintaining a relationship with stores to lead and drive behavioural changes required to support the change with the rollout. Responsible for leading & deliver the change in five stores, to hundreds of colleagues enabling them to adapt to self-lead & serve culture, fit for the future. As a Future Skills Partner, I planned and designate project resources, monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, by measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement and. Keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of my company's goals and vision. Co-originating with Store Managers and Team Managers to ensure all agreed deployment activities are delivered to stores, e.g. planned & ad-hoc communications, launches and learning events, store readiness reviews, testing and post Go-Live drop in session. I facilitated product development from trials to roll out. I Collate feedback, data and progress from stores, e.g. learning completion, business readiness tracking and store feedback and issues -before, during and after Go-Live, along with leading and driving behavioural changes required to support a successful deployment. Total project time was 12 weeks.
