  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to optimise setup and process for ticketing functionality to help further develop the digital guest journey.
  • Support regional promotions team in coordinating offers across the attractions globally including manging Giftcodes, providing guidance for setup and assisting with any new promotions.
  • Maintain admissions systems documentation to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Support training of system users to ensure expertise is provided throughout the estate and best practice is followed.
  • Ensure processes are deployed effectively, recommending the best use of system functionality to meet the ticketing and operational needs of each attraction.
  • Be a key contact for Global Super Users to support day to day maintenance and configuration.


Ticketing and Merchandising Specialist

  • Managing and maintaining products within the online and in house admissions system.
  • Supporting the administration of the admissions system to achieve the operational and sales needed of the business.
  • Communicating with the operational (admissions and retail), Finance, Customer Service, Corporate Events and marketing (partners) to ensure problems and developments are proactively managed.
  • Working closely with FPA team and local finance to ensure ticket and system administration is enabling accuracy and is appropriate for reporting.
  • Amending and creating new products, ensuring consistency when checking pricing and product details (allocations and calendars).
  • Ensuring all system and product requests have been approved by the relevant people.

Cash Office Supervisor

  • Support in managing the team of assistants within the cash office.
  • Ensure all cash handling policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Assisting accountants with any discrepancies from the bank.
  • Reporting and investigating any discrepancies from the attraction cash outs, both cash and card.
  • Running reports through multiple systems to view takings from previous day/days.
  • Reconciliation of 3rd party trade client vouchers for Accounts Receivable department to invoice.


As the company has gone through many changes due to the closure of the attractions, my role was made redundant.

Cash Office Manager (Maternity Cover)

  • Manage a team of 7 Cash Office assistants and 2 Cash Office Supervisors.
  • Liasing with external companies whom provide services within our office, this included:


G4S - who collected our cash daily.


Aerocom - pneumatic tube system company. our cash was transported from our office to the attractions using this system in coded pods. I would often need to contact them if the system failed, if we required any additional work or support with the system or needed to schedule audits.


HSBC - to order banking equipment, including note bags and bands.


ENVOPAK - In our office we used security seals on bags containing cash, these were provided by Envopak.

  • Doing monthly 121's to ensure staff were happy within their role and if there was anything they need help with (this could be anything from extra training or progression)
  • Recorded discussions if they were not fulfilling their role.
  • Making sure they were providing the best customer service for all our guests, including providing the right information, offering up-sells and doing everything they can to help in any situation. - we had Mystery Shop visits during our peak times so this was very important.
  • Ensure the team are hitting our sales budgets, we often used incentives to motivate the team.
  • Being the duty manager for the Admissions department.

  • Training new staff on the different positions within the Front Of House department, ensuring they are aware of all health and safety/fire evacuation procedures and ensuring they know what is expected within their role.
