Jayden Tranter

Working at Flux Sewers has helped me develop strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. I gained experience following health and safety procedures, completing tasks efficiently, and taking responsibility for my work. This role also improved my problem-solving skills and reliability, as I learned to adapt to different situations and support my team to get jobs done to a high standard.

During my two week work experience period with Princess Yachts I was taught the basics and developed a deeper understanding in carpentry specifically. I also learned what’s it’s like within a working environment and this further developed my confidence within myself.

At Clarion Housing I successfully completed one week worth of work experience where I was working alongside skilled tradesmen teaching me the fundamentals of all trades. Although a short space of time I picked up skills which will stick with me for life.
