• During my time working at McDonalds, I learnt loads of different things from cooking in the kitchen on chicken batch, taking meals out to customers and also interacting with customers taking their orders and payment
• I also took the role as the maintenance manager and i went around the whole building inside and out making sure there is no damages or anything that could hurt a member of public or staff
• Greeted customers and offered assistance with selecting merchandise, finding accessories and completing purchases.
• Accepted and processed cash, cheque, card and mobile payments using POS systems.

• I received my assignment the day prior to deliveries
• I must ensure the parcels are received by the correct customer at the correct time this role involves driving being organised and communicative

• Maintained optimal vehicle driving conditions, conducting daily fuel, tyre and safety checks.

• During my time at Smith toys, I worked on the shopfloor stacking the shelves ready for the busy period and being behind the till serving the customers (during Covid as this was my part-time job at that time there was no opportunity to continue in the role)

Lifeguard and cleaner at Rushcliffe Arena

• In addition to the cleaning role, I was also a qualified lifeguard at Rushcliffe arena for many years I was previously a competitive swimmer, and this led to being a becoming a lifeguard I learn a lot of useful skills along the way my confidence improved again as well as my excellent communication skills with people ensuring their safety whilst at the leisure centre
• Performed successful pool rescues, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
• Collaborated with team to achieve full pool coverage and cleaning procedures.
