Customer Advisor
- Provide telephony support and assist customers with daily banking activities.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving complaints at first touch.
- Support customers in accessing online banking services through digital platforms.
- Assist and collaborate with peers to achieve team targets.
Tools & Systems:
- Foundation Desktop, EDGE, Ice Desktop, Access Plus, DES Workflow, Wallet Pay Portal, Nucleus, Pega CTM, Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Foundation Desktop and EDGE to access and verify customer details.
- Utilize Access Plus for credit card inquiries and DES Workflow for document requests.
- Support Wallet Pay transactions for Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Manage complaints through Nucleus, resolving issues promptly or escalating as needed.
- Process credit card requests and historic statements via PEGA CTM/Pega 8.
