• Troubleshooting and Management of entire network Nainital, Solapur Janta Sahakari Bank including of MPLS Network, VSAT Links, Wi-Max Links and Leased Lines several organized links at various locations across India.
• Remotely troubleshooting WAN links interconnected using Cisco routers and hardware related issues.
• Configuring Cisco Customer Edge Routers when new customers are deployed.
• Troubleshooting problem arises on BGP, static routing, Multilink
• Direct coordination with customer to deal with their technical queries & handle their issue.
• Follow-up with respective team for individual case / ticket. Dealing with more than 100 customer escalation tickets.
• Coordinate with Last mile provider and Field engineer (FE) at remote customer end
• Raising CR form for changes in routing and implementing it. Also providing RCA to customer.

Project II: Electronic Transaction Processing System: -

Responsibilities: - Management, Troubleshooting and Monitoring of entire network comprises of Cisco Routers, 1 centralized monitoring server located at TCL, Mumbai, India

• Troubleshooting Cisco routers when problem arises between ICICI, HDFC, FEDRAL and TCL end
• Monitoring entire project on regular basis using ‘Hypercom Access View’
• Coordination with Data-NOC Team at respective locations and Voice NLD Team, whenever problem solving related to traffic congestion in path and recommendation to change routing path whenever required
• Coordination with customers last mile service providers switch team, whenever problem solving related to respective locations Media Gateway and Soft Switch.
