  • Project managed the launch of a new e-learning solution across 50 stores, succeeding in embedding the new system to become business as usual. This in return reduced cost saved time and enabled the culture change needed for the teams to stay on top in the vastly changing environment.
  • Revolutionizing the learning and development agenda moving the teams from a reactive mindset of seeing training as an ADHOC activity to a proactive environment in which learning solutions are created and used proactively. By doing so I was able to identify over 60 colleagues to step up to management within a 4-week period.
  • Improved colleague engagement with customers from 33.3 year to date to 85% year to date, I was able to do this by researching external training methods, conducting surveys, and analyzing current data to identify the areas of opportunity and up skilling managers to validate and improve training.
  • Mentoring a number of colleagues on a one-to-one basis as well as running mentor circles, collecting data to create mentor circles for women to focus and encourage more females to join management programs. Through this I was able to change the ration of female managers to male managers from a 30%:70 % split to a 40%:60% split.
  • Analyzing the training needs of1200 members of staff and managers across the region, developing and delivering training interventions to improve performance based on these analyses.
