Having worked in various administrative roles, I have extensive experience of customer service, technical skills, and can adapt well to working in high-pressure fast-moving environments. In my recent role within the trust, I have also been involved in training new starters within the department, which is a testament to my ability to quickly absorb information and retain it. It also shows my ability to interact with a multitude of different people, taking into account their different learning styles in order to best support them in their learning experience.
