Accomplishments

I have kept fit all my life, playing Football up until I was 32. I then took up Running where I ran Half-Marathons and Full-Marathons, I ran London Marathon x 3 with my best time being 3 hrs 33 minutes.

I then started my exercise classes in Hiit, Spin Bike, Circuits and Kettlebell workouts which keeps me to a high level of fitness.





Hobbies playing Darts, watching T.V, Football.

In my down time I am a very keen darts player, captain of my local darts time which plays at Colin Park social club. We play in the Lamerton League which consists of teams from Tavistock, Callington, Launceston and the surrounding area.

I also like to watch T.V, read, and walk my dog Rosie.
