Involving using press brakes, guillotine, rollers, saws and other fabrication equipment including polishers. Ordering materials for specific jobs and day to day running of my area ensuring targets and deadlines are met. I am on the health and safety committee, Fire marshal, First aid trained. I hold two fork truck license's which are counterbalance and reach.

Using various techniques and practices. This involved MIG, TIG and ARC

welding. Working to tight tolerances on drawings. This involved heavy fabrication and using various equipment and hand tools. Working most on contracts for the MOD and passed various inhouse weld coding's. Using some exotic materials. Trained in using the overhead crane and fork truck driving.

Working on various fabrication projects ranging from framework to ducting. Using MIG, TIG processes. Using a range of hand tools and machines to ensure quality and precision. Some site work was involved, to aid the install of completed projects.

Programming Fanuc control Robots to weld car seat frames for the automotive industry. Clients included Jaguar, Land rover and Rolls Royce.

Ensuring strict tolerances and minimize downtime as production was critical to keep car plants operating. Robots were programmed in various positions and weld techniques to ensure strength and integrity.

Welding playground and sports equipment for schools. Working from drawings and using the MIG/TIG processes. Using a range of hand tools and machines to ensure quality and safety.
