- I have a very good understanding about the chemicals and general every day running within Syngenta GFP plant. I currently work for H.W Coates but am employed to support Syngenta. My job role is to deliver chemicals as I am an HGV 1 driver/ forklift driver within Syngenta and my role is to keep the plant stocked and to ensure service productivity. I have a very good working relationship with all the staff and management who work within these various plants. I have covered fill and pack off loading the lines and loading trailers while supplying them with products they require. I have also had my induction into Syngenta and GFP.
