• I'm currently working at The Two Brewers as a bartender and waiter, within my time working there I have been given the role to complete the ordering for beers, wines and spirits etc which includes doing invoices and ensuring the cellar is maintained and kept to a high standard.
• Talking and creating relationships with customers and suppliers when ordering
• Boosted sales with effective upselling techniques.
• Assisted in training new staff, fostering teamwork and consistency across shifts.
• Used polite and friendly communication skills to create a welcoming environment.

• When I started at The Athenaeum Hotel it was a whole new experience for me as it was a hotel especially it being in Mayfair

Some of the tasks that were given to me were:

• Learning pastry's, producing over 100 desserts a day
• Taking control of a section throughout the day
• Giving responsibilities to the apprentice chef's

• When I was working at Galvin HOP, I was working constantly under pressure for long hours and many days a week
• Completing the tasks at hand in good timing and in the correct manner

Some of the jobs that were given to me were:

• Assisting and taking charge of a designated section
• Plating dishes and learning new ones
• Being creative by coming up with new ideas for dishes
