  • 2004 - 2014 Independent Board Member of Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) - large scale voluntary transfer housing association.
  • Worked on appointment to shadow board to help deliver a successful transfer ballot, and worked successfully with board and senior management team to develop SARH into a great and well respected housing association. Left at expiry of maximum term.
  • 2005 - 2012 Member of the CIH West Midlands Regional Committee.
  • Supporting and increasing membership, knowledge sharing and events, strategic influence on behalf of the WM region. During term I held the position of Chair and Vice-Chair and assisted the organisation of, and chaired, two successful 2-day regional conferences.
