Jasmine Jones

• I am currently a FOH team member at restaurant & bar Sydney’s. This involves taking outstanding care of our guests by surpassing customer expectations with genuine care and attention to detail. I have excellent product knowledge and can recommend wine pairings, make delicious cocktails, and pour coffees with perfect latte art.

• Being in the city centre, I experienced working in a very busy retail environment. As well as developing other retail skills, I worked on delivery and stock take, developing product knowledge that allowed me to provide expert advice to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

• I independently ran the FOH at a cafe/restaurant full-time, building up a rapport with regular customers and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant in day-to-day operations.

• I worked on the shop-floor covering a variety of roles. This included serving customers for sales and refunds, organising the shop floor, opening and closing shutters, and processing online orders. This was a recurring job which I was able to briefly return to the following summer, showing how I was a valued team member.

I volunteered at a local charity shop. Removed quickly learned new skills and carried out my duties accurately and efficiently. The shop cultivated a greater sense of community in the area, something I am proud to have worked towards.
