Sport, Health and Exercise Science undergraduate at Brunel University with a lifelong involvement in athletics and a growing specialism in performance science and biomechanics. Driven by a passion for understanding athlete performance, actively pursued experience across coaching, strength and conditioning, sports therapy, rehabilitation, and performance analysis, including working with NCAA Division 1 and Olympic-level athletes at the University of Pittsburgh. The ambition is to become a performance scientist who combines data, biomechanics, coaching, and rehabilitation to create meaningful improvements in athlete performance and development.
· Conduct subjective and objective musculoskeletal assessments to inform rehabilitation planning and return-to-play decision making.
· Perform force plate and dynamometry testing using VALD systems to identify strength deficits, monitor progression, and support objective rehabilitation outcomes.
· Conduct running gait analysis using video capture technology, assessing biomechanical factors including movement efficiency, coordination, and injury risk.
· Design and implement rehabilitation programmes for range of musculoskeletal injuries, including ACL, hamstring, ankle, calf, and shoulder presentations.
· Contribute to development of injury-specific testing batteries and rehabilitation benchmarks to support evidence-based progression and athlete monitoring.
· Deliver sports therapy support at major sporting events including Silverstone Marathon, Metrix, Friday Night Lights, Padel Club Padium, and Hurlingham Padel Club.
· Coached sprint and jump athletes aged U10–U20 through both group and individual sessions. Designed sprint training and strength programmes tailored to athlete age, experience, injury status, and performance goals.
· Conducted monthly performance testing and monitored athlete progression through strength and sprint performance metrics.
· Delivered return-to-play support and injury prevention interventions to facilitate safe progression back into training and competition.
· Supported athlete testing and monitoring procedures across NCAA Division I and Olympic-level athletes within volleyball, soccer, gymnastics, swimming, diving, softball, and wrestling programmes.
· Gained practical exposure to ForceDecks, SpeedGates, Catapult athlete monitoring systems, and multidisciplinary performance support environments.
· Designed and delivered strength and conditioning sessions while applying principles of athlete-centred coaching and programme individualisation.
· Developed knowledge of periodisation, including the application of concentric, eccentric, and isometric training methods across different phases of the competitive season.
· Planned and delivered an adapted sporting event enabling injured athletes to participate safely in Fourth of July activities through modified competition formats
