Ensure that Production requirements are met on time in full and in
the correct sequence.
Ensure all deliveries meet the correct specification in line with the
TNR supplier manual and are off loaded in a safe and secure manner.
Ensure that stock is rotated in the correct first in first out (FIFO)
sequence.
Ensure that all Warehouse task are completed and the standards
within the Warehouse are maintained to meet current GMP/GDP
standards.
Ensure that all shift team members are performing to a highest
standards and are gainfully employed at all times.
Ensure that the shift teams are trained, motivated and kept up to
date with all new development both in the department and
companywide.
Carry out any other work as may be reasonably requested.
Ensure activities and changes to equipment and working practices
are made in line with guidelines laid out in the ‘Orange Guide'.
Ensure all improvement activities are in line with ISO standards.
Ensure all manufacturing operations are defined and documented
to ensure optimum performance.

Ensure all stock delivered is put away in a location physically and on
the internal systems
Liaising with other departments such as Loading Bay and
Planning/Supply Chain to ensure I am aware of what needs to be
prioritized and put away daily
Prioritizing my own workload, ensuring targets are met - Liaising
with the Laboratory and Quality Departments to ensure any stock
which requires QA approval is tested/investigated prior to becoming

Ensure stock is accurate and stock levels are maintained evenly
Raising any issues/discrepancies with stock or fabric labeling and
quality etc
With the relevant departments, and resolving issues personally
wherever possible
Maintaining my knowledge of Camira fabrics to ensure I can detect
any issues with labeling/colour difference immediately before fabric
is put away
Working overtime and fulfilling duties of colleagues during any
periods of absence
