I would like to apply for the Trainee Boning Hall Packing and quality control chargehand position. I understand the need of the business, and I believe that this job is suitable for me because I do have skills required for this position, and also because I gained a lot of experience and knowledge while working in the company, being trained on all three lines.At this moment whenever i am free i try to teach new QC products specifications. I am used to working in a busy environment, I work well under pressure, I am patient and I know how to manage myself in stressful situations.Also, I believe that I can make a team listen to me in a polite manner. I am hard working employee who can quickly adapt to new jobs, I am involved, I am taking my job seriously and I am a team player. Knowledgeable Quality Controller with 8 years of Beef industry experience. Skilled at reducing defects and increasing overall product quality. Currently I am working on all three lines, mainly supporting Dual and HQ line, making sure that all the products are packed and weighed off correctly, being focused on details, and spotting any contamination, but I am trying to help all the departments as much as I can.
