  • -Management and allocation of daily duties to the manpower of between 5 and 20 people in all the site. This was quite an enormous responsibility and required a great deal of skill.
  • -Translation and interpretation of architectural and structural plans to different tradesmen on the site.
  • -Making sure time schedules and works deadlines are promptly adhered to and achieved.
