I spent a number of years in charge of safeguarding and child protection as part of my role as Deputy Headteacher and Acting Headteacher in primary schools in Newcastle- upon-Tyne and Trafford.
In 2016, my business partner -who is a retired police detective - and I set up our own safeguarding consultancy business.
