Carrying out daily plant and BMS checks. Generating report and executing necessary actions wherever needed.

PPM's on AHU, Extract/Pressurisation fan, FCU, ACU, Dampers, etc.

Water treatment for Cooling towers and humidifiers- maintaining records,

Electrical and plumbing task including reactives.

Fire panel isolations on Sprinklers, Smoke detectors, Heat detectors, on requested floors and Zones.

Weekly PAVA test, Fire alarm test on SD, BGU and Sprinkler.

• Executing PPM's and reactive task assigned with detailed report for clients.
• Understanding equipments, functionality, scope of work and criticality of situation..
• Carrying out handyman task as per client request.
• Checking, maintaining and updating maintenance records on each site on daily basis.
• Maintaining Fire alarm, sprinkler, Emergency lighting test records including flushing.

• Daily Plant and BMS Checks along with sharing operational report to Client on daily basis.
• Carrying out Periodic and reactive maintenance on various equipment on site such as AHU, FCU, VAV's, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, pumps, Filters, strainers, Heat exchangers, Pressurisation units, Expansion vessel, Calorifiers, DB's, Ladders, meter reading, etc.
• Electrical Fault finding, replacing lightings controllers, LCM, etc.
• Investigating and Executing Reactive/breakdown maintenance such as leaks, power outage, equipment failure(Boilers, Chillers, AHU's, BMS, etc)
• Fire alarm test along with fire alarm isolation including cause and effect testing.,
• Testing and repair of Dampers and actuators for general extract, smoke extract and supply dampers for general ductwork and fire panel equipments.
• Expertise in operating BMS system, fault finding, tracing circuits, replacing sensor, etc.
• Dedicated and self-motivated engineer with over 10 years of experience in electrical and general maintenance.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and adapt to changing circumstances. Flexible in working both independently and collaboratively to achieve desired objectives.
