Summary

A hardworking, reliable professional with 38 years experience working as a management consultant, an HR Director and as a lecturer in leadership and management. Experienced in both the public and private sectors for large corporations as well as SMEs and individuals.

Well-versed in listening carefully to clients to decipher their real and differing needs in order to design and deliver solutions which bring about effective improvements and excellent satisfaction.

I now wish to use these skills to support clients in a different setting – in travel and leisure where my passion lies. I speak fluent French and some Spanish, am very hardworking, flexible, and excited to learn a new role from the bottom.
