I am a Compassionate Psychotherapist who has been providing therapeutic interventions in person and online for vulnerable children, young people and adults since 2017.

I have over 20 years experience as a Creative Arts Facilitator, experienced developing, delivering and managing community projects.

I love the outdoors and have recently completed the fundamental Bushcraft training with Ray Mears and his Woodlore team. I have a passion to combine therapeutic wellbeing with nature, to provide safe and healing spaces for the community.
