I was responsible for delivering excellent customer service. Engaging and helping customers with any enquiry they may have. This could be directions to a certain shop, car parks or even to where they may find a certain item . Also dealing with lost children.

I was also responsible for making sure which ever area I was working in was clean for the general public. making sure I was working within the company’s health and safety guidelines. I was responsible for keeping the toilet areas clean , making sure they were filled with paper, the floor was free of any spills, soap was filled. All using the correct colour coded equipment.

I would have to make sure the mall area I was working on was free from rubbish and the bins were empty. Making sure to clean up any spillages efficiently and as quickly as possible to make the area safe for the public, making sure to report it correctly on the hand help device we used. In the quiet periods we would do more of a deep clean of the area.

I was responsible for assisting in the development of the children’s educational programs to boost learning engagement. supported the child’s development with learning through play, activities aiding social, emotional and educational growth. Prepared age appropriate lessons. Promoted a safe and stimulating environment. Ensuring their well being at all times. Collaborating with other staff to ensure efficient day to day operations. Provided feedback to parents on a day to day basis. I would also take payments from parents. Also on occasions I would be responsible for opening and closing Of the premises.
