Legacy Software Removal and Windows Server Migration

Removal of legacy software and migration of services into new Windows Server environment, managing data migration, implementing disaster recovery processes, and completing full server decommissioning.

Major Data Centre Switch upgrade

Accomplished Data center switch upgrade by replacing legacy hardware with Cisco Catalyst 2960X switches. Pre‑configured the devices through linux, installed and racked them during maintenance window, and carried out full cabling and connectivity checks. Ensured a smooth cutover with improved network performance, resilience, and readiness for future hybrid infrastructure demands.

Azure Devops Deployment Migration

Contributed to migrating manual, on‑premises deployments into automated Azure DevOps (ADO) build and release pipelines, strengthening the organisation’s CI/CD capabilities. Improved pipeline efficiency and deployment workflows, helping reduce deployment time by 75% while increasing reliability and standardisation across environments.

Azure Reverse DNS & NIC Remediation Automation

Automated NIC remediation and reverse DNS configuration for Azure resources using PowerShell. Reduced manual intervention, ensured consistent naming/lookup behaviour, and improved diagnostics across cloud applications. Enhanced understanding of cloud networking, automation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Cloud Environment Provisioning on AWS & Azure

Built and configured cloud environments across AWS and Azure, deploying virtual machines, storage accounts,Azure Arc, VNETs, IAM roles, and NSGs. Used scripting to automate environment setup and performed troubleshooting on network connectivity, OS boot issues, and application access. This project strengthened cloud fundamentals and end‑to‑end environment provisioning skills.

WAN IP Management - Data Centre Migration

Managed IP allocation for a Data center migration by tracking address usage across sites, cleaning unused or conflicting IP ranges, and reserving blocks to ensure accurate network mapping and a smooth migration.

WAF Implementation – Technical Research

CloudGuard WAF capabilities to enhance protection against OWASP threats, reviewing signature‑based detection, inspection modes, and anomaly scoring. Evaluated and tuned custom rule sets by analysing traffic patterns and validating alerts to distinguish benign from malicious requests.

• Managing Entra ID on premise,Hybrid infrastructure and Cloud services ,troubleshooting,PAM,PIM management,SCOM,MECM ,Intune,group policy and end-user computing.
• Experienced in creating and deploying virtual machines/Environment provisioning , good knowledge in vmware and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experienced in configuring backups,recovery, memory,databases,storage, system diagnostics/troubleshooting on Operating Systems (Windows / Linux), patching on both Windows and Oracle servers.
• Supported IT operations across European offices, taking responsibility for day‑to‑day service delivery and helping resolve around 650 tickets annually as part of the regional operations function.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP,NAT,firewall, IPAM management, Halo, Route 53, EC2( AWS).
• Developed and maintained Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage accounts, and virtual machines, improving system reliability and availability, backup maintenance , migration from on prem to cloud infrastructure.
• Experienced in handling SEV1 incidents, using monitoring tools and ITIL practices to diagnose issues quickly, coordinate response, and restore services efficiently.
• Creating technical documentation,infrastructure automation and runbooks and mentoring Junior staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify and implement cloud-based solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability and also willing to participate on-call support(Rota). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fully able to support datacentre visits as needed, with a valid UK driving licence enabling on‑site operational support.

• Establishing needs of stakeholders and monitoring procurement through SAP MM system, created purchase orders on SAP system. Reported and developed weekly reports for operational and supply chain managers.
• Managed invoice processing in SAP MM system and taken high initiative to meet monthly targets for company and for team.
• Training users on SAP System (HANA) and connected with customers to gather requirements for projects, inventory optimisation
